NASA Wallops Flight Facility

Design, build and test a model spacecraft during this hands-on activity at the south end of the Ocean City Boardwalk! Participants will need to build a spacecraft that includes navigation, communication devices, a power source, and a scientific experiment! Learn about how similar work is done by NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility’s sounding rocket program and how you can watch an upcoming rocket launch from the boardwalk!
